The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for maintaining existing releases of the OpenPages with high quality. This individual must have excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving skills. He or she will be responsible for identifying root causes of problems, identifying dependencies, and then using his or her proven software development skills to deliver corrected software code, including the thorough unit testing of all surrounding areas.
The Associate Software Engineer will also share responsibility for performing Release Engineering activities for the Sustaining releases. This individual must also be able to interact with other teams and customers in a professional manner as the job involves providing the back-line of support for escalated software issues.
