Support Engineer - WalthamApril 18, 2008A Support Engineer is responsible for assisting OpenPages customers to successfully deploy our products and applications. A Support Engineer will typically spend the majority of their time researching and answering support questions by phone or email and the remaining time in training and knowledge-acquisition. Typical responsibilities include helping and providing solutions to OpenPages customers through debugging, research and investigation, while maintaining constant communication with the customer or end-user.
