Join Compliance Week publisher Scott Cohen for an intimate conversation with Charles Pavlounis, Chief Risk Officer at D&B for a live webinar on April 3, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. EDT to discuss D&B's approach to risk management. Learn from Pavlounis, who oversees a Corporate Risk Management group that includes the Compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Audit and Strategic Risk Management functions, how D&B has taken a holistic approach to Enterprise Risk Management. He will share how his organization is structured, what risk management means at D&B, and their approach to risk assessments.

About Charles Pavlounis

Charles Pavlounis is the Chief Risk Officer for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), a position he has held since September, 2007. During his tenure with D&B, Mr. Pavlounis has taken on increased leadership responsibilities. He has had accountability for the various enterprise risk management functions including, internal audit, SOX compliance, strategic risk management and corporate compliance.

Mr. Pavlounis joined D&B with nearly 16 years of professional experience. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Pavlounis was Assistant Controller & Director of Internal Control Compliance at The Interpublic Group of Companies, where he was responsible for all aspects of SOX compliance. Mr. Pavlounis also held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and operations at Mercer Consulting, Inc. (Mercer). Before joining Mercer, Mr. Pavlounis spent seven years with KPMG in various capacities.
